Robert is a delightful little boy. Although Robert was premature his progress has been excellent and his development is good. Robert is a lively boy, full of smiles and fun. His foster carers love caring for him and say he is very rewarding to look after. |

| This little boy needs an adoptive family (either single or a couple) who can reflect his ethnic origins and value and promote his dual heritage. Also his new family should be able to accept that there are a significant number of mental health issues in Roberts background. | ||
